These high-end chips were routed through intermediary data hubs and electronics assemblers in Southeast Asia, notably Malaysia, where Chinese tech titans like ByteDance and Alibaba can access the computing power remotely, while specialized servers were funneled directly back into mainland China through shadowy front companies like Maginfra to feed domestic state firms and universities.
